What good sounds like
Good delivery is interesting. It grabs our attention. There are pauses and changes of pace. There’s a baseline, and then the person gets excited. We’re on the journey with them in the present, and it doesn’t feel like being read aloud to.
Work on your delivery with me.
Tell me who the team is and what you want them doing differently. I build the session around those answers, and then read the room on the day.
