Train the trainer. Then run it yourselves.
Three ways in. I build a program and run it. I build it and certify up to four of your own facilitators to deliver it, with the full kit branded for your organization. Or you already have a program, it isn’t landing, and I rebuild it rather than replace it. Licensing is the cheapest way to reach a lot of people.
Built around your teams, taught by your people.
I design a version of Hooked from Hello around exactly what your teams need, then train your facilitators to deliver it well. You get the full kit, branded for your organization.
The design is built on how adults actually learn. Active and problem-based, so people work on real material rather than watching slides. Interactive throughout, and worth the time it takes. The kind of session people leave glad it wasn’t an email.
I design for the behavior first, then build so the material can be swapped without breaking. Change the scenarios and the models and the same program fits a sales org, an engineering org, or a technician certification course. Your facilitators get the version that fits the rooms they actually stand in.
For global teams, I build regional versions with your local partners so the examples land in every market rather than only the one they were written in.
Or start from the program you already own.
Plenty of teams already have a communication or presentation program. If it isn’t landing, I rebuild it rather than replace it: keep what works, cut what doesn’t, and fix the parts that were written to be read rather than taught. You get materials your own people are willing to stand up and deliver.
From there it goes one of two ways. Your facilitators take it and run it, or I facilitate the first rounds myself and hand it over once it’s working.
Two numbers, and then it’s yours.
If your organization runs this eight or more times a year, licensing costs less than booking the sessions individually.
The things people ask first.
We already have a program. Can you fix it instead of building a new one?
Yes, and it’s often the faster route. I go through what you have, keep what works, cut what doesn’t, and rework the parts that were written to be read rather than taught. Your facilitators can then run it, or I deliver the first rounds and hand it over. Scoped and quoted like any other engagement.
What does a train-the-trainer program include?
Two to three co-design sessions with your L&D or team lead, a train-the-trainer session certifying up to four of your facilitators, the full kit branded for your organization, an annual refresh session with updated materials, and email support for your facilitators.
How many facilitators can we certify?
Four is the usual number, but it isn’t a rule. If you have more people who need to run it, we size the certification to the group.
What if we want something fully custom instead?
Custom experience design and heavily tailored programs are built from scratch for a specific team and problem. Both custom builds and licensing are quoted per engagement.
Bring it in house.
Tell me who the team is and what you want them doing differently. I build the session around those answers, and then read the room on the day.
