I’m Ashley England, a communication coach, learning strategist, and comedian with deep roots in tech.
I help people speak in a way that builds trust, earns attention, and gets results when it actually matters.
I’ve coached executives, engineers, designers, and rising leaders at companies like Netflix, WeWork, and fast-growing startups, as well as faculty at top 10 universities. People don’t bring me in to run a generic communication workshop. They bring me in to make sure the message lands, the person delivering it feels confident and credible, and the audience actually cares. The goal isn’t to sound polished (though I help with that too). The goal is to get what you came for.
What sets my work apart is a mix of real-world strategy and decades of live performance. I’ve led internal training programs in tech, built learning content from scratch, and performed comedy for years at UCB in New York and Second City in Chicago. Improv taught me how to listen, adapt, and hold attention. That’s what I teach too.
My approach is direct, personal, and practical. No filler. No frameworks. Just sharp, custom coaching that helps smart people show up the way they want to be seen.
I also hold a Master’s in Education and spent years designing learning programs for global teams across tech, leadership, and creative roles.
