Most team engagements land between $4,500 and $20,000.

I provide sliding scale options for new founders, new grads, and teachers, which was my first job. If that’s you, let me know.

Where an engagement lands depends on scope, length, audience size, and how much is built for you. If I am facilitating content you already have rather than building it, that sits lower. Every session is customized around the objectives you are actually trying to hit. The version an engineering team gets is not the version a sales team gets, and it pivots in the room when it needs to.

How many peopleThe biggest single factor. I’ve run sessions for 4 people and for 4,500, and those aren’t the same job. Small rooms get individual coaching. Big rooms become closer to a performance.
How long60 minutes through a full week. Longer isn’t more slides, it’s more reps, and reps are where behavior actually changes.
How many teamsMost organizations run the same workshop across several teams so everyone ends up with the same shared language. Multiple sessions are priced together rather than one at a time.
Virtual, in person, or hybridIn-person onsites cost more and do more. Global hybrid is the hardest format to run well and it’s priced as its own thing.
How much is built for youAn existing workshop shaped around your objectives sits at one end. A program designed from scratch for a specific problem sits at the other.
Who delivers itI can run it, or I can certify your facilitators to run it themselves so it stops depending on my calendar. Train the trainer is priced annually.

Tell me the headcount, the format, and roughly when, and I’ll send a quote plus a one-page overview you can forward to whoever signs off. If there’s a fixed budget, say so and we will work out what fits inside it.

The size of the room decides what the session can be.

The number of people in the room changes what the session can be. In a small room everyone presents and everyone gets coached. As the room grows that stops being possible, and the session shifts toward performance. Still built on your material, still useful, but fewer reps each.

That’s worth knowing before you book, because it decides which format you actually want. I’ve run both ends, from four people in a room to four and a half thousand.

Pricing by the size of the room rather than the length of the session keeps small team sessions affordable and prices the large ones honestly. It also means the quote doesn’t change if a session runs long because the room was good.

What’s always included

Customization to your team’s context. Participant materials. A pre-session conversation so the examples in the room are your examples. Every workshop is designed and led by Ashley.

The things people ask first.

How much does presentation skills training cost?

It depends on the size of the room, the length, the format, and how much is built specifically for you. Send me those 4 things and you’ll get a real number back rather than a range. Quotes go out within 2 business days with a one-page overview attached.

Do you offer train-the-trainer, or fully custom programs?

Yes to both. Train-the-trainer works by co-building a version of Hooked from Hello around your context, then certifying up to four of your own facilitators to deliver it, with a full kit branded for your organization and an annual refresh. Fully custom programs are built from scratch for a specific team and problem. Both are quoted per engagement.

What if our budget is small?

Say so. A shorter session, a smaller room, or a virtual version instead of an in-person one are all real options. I also provide sliding scale options for new founders, new grads, and teachers. It’s better to find the version that fits than to have the conversation end over a number.

Tell me the room and I’ll tell you the number.

Tell me who the team is and what you want them doing differently. I build the session around those answers, and then read the room on the day.
